How To Use:

Directions:

1. Hold tongue cleaner on either side. Extend tongue out of the mouth & inspect for a coating.
2. Place tongue cleaner towards the back of the tongue & gently scrape the ama, or film, forward & out of the mouth.
3. Wash the ama off of the tongue cleaner & repeat until the tongue is clean.
4. Immediately follow with PAAVANI Oil Pulling Oil.
5. Vigorously swish & pull 1-2 tsp. of oil in the mouth & through the teeth. Continue for 5 to 20 minutes.
6. Once oil pulling is complete, expel oil into a trash bin.
7. Follow by brushing the teeth & flossing.

Caring for your products:

Store your oil in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid contamination by keeping moisture out of the bottle. Close lid tightly after each use.

Life of your products:

Since there are no preservatives, please use within 6-8 months.
