    FAQs

How do I brew my pour over?

Step 1: Tear open the bag of coffee grounds.

Step 2: Hang the wings of the bag on each side of your cup.

Step 3: Wet the coffee grounds with a small amount of water (about 1 ounce) and wait ~30 seconds. We recommend using hot water that is 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit - just below a boil.

Step 4: Pour enough water over the coffee grounds to submerge the coffee grounds.

Step 5: Take a short break and allow your coffee to filter through. Take a deep breath and enjoy the aroma of your fresh brew.

Step 6: Repeat 'œStep 4' and 'œStep 5' 2-5 more times until you reach your desired quantity and strength.

Step 7: Voila! You're ready to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee as-is, or add as much creamer as you please.

Is your coffee really free of artificial flavors, syrups, or sweeteners? How is it sustainably sourced?

It sure is! We don't use any mysterious flavorings, essences, or artificial ingredients. Instead, real herbs and spices are ground right in with the coffee for a naturally delicious flavor not found anywhere else. Our Vanilla contains only real ground vanilla bean and nothing else.

We take pride in our ever growing sustainability efforts. We have an active relationship with not only our coffee farmers in Vietnam, but with every step of our supply chain. Our farmers are paid above-market rates for their coffee to ensure a higher quality of life and our beans are sourced only from sustainable farms in the scenic town of Dalat. We are actively looking to increase our use of non-GMO and organic ingredients as well.

How do I store my creamer? Is it really shelf-stable without preservatives?

Yes! Your creamers are shelf-stable as they are sweetened condensed milk that contain milk and sugar - ONLY. We recommend storing your creamer at room temperature. Creamer should be refrigerated after opening if you decide to save your stick.
