    Ingredients

    Nettle (Freeze-dried) (Urtica dioica) tops (including stinging hairs), Quercetin dihydrate (supplies Quercetin 440 mg), non-GMO pullulan (plant sourced) capsules and nothing else.

    Suggested Use

    As an herbal supplement, take three capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
