Tulā means balance in Sanskrit.
The Tulā teapot embodies a balance between its round body and the strict geometric shape of the handle. The rough white surface is complemented by the warm walnut wood of the handle and lid. The teapot is made of Gres porcelain, which is available in northern Italy and is particularly popular for its durability and high quality.
Each piece is handcrafted by Italian master craftsmen to ensure your unique teapot will last a lifetime.
The teapot holds approximately 1.7 liters of tea. The integrated stainless steel tea strainer is very practical for brewing a good cup of our organic teas. Fill the strainer with a teaspoon of loose leaves and pour boiling water over it. Remove the strainer after a few minutes, close the lid, and enjoy your warm cup of tea.

The production of the Tulā teapot
Unser Material ist Gres-Porzellan, das im Vergleich zu Keramik eine viel bessere Qualität in Bezug auf Widerstandsfähigkeit, Haltbarkeit, Reinigung hat.
Alles beginnt mit der Form, einer Kreideform, die wir für jedes einzelne Stück anfertigen.
Wenn wir diese Form haben, stellen wir eine zweite "in negative" her: es ist eine rechteckige Form mit einem Loch im Inneren, das die Form des Artikels hat. Dann gießen wir flüssige Keramik hinein. Wenn es in 2 - 3 Tagen trocknet, öffnen wir diese Form und das Stück ist fertig, aber sehr zerbrechlich.
Alle Veredelungen, Löcher, Korrekturen werden während dieses Schrittes von Hand gemacht. Wir müssen sehr vorsichtig sein, weil das Stück zerbrechlich ist. Danach haben wir den ersten Brennvorgang in einem "Muffel"-Ofen.
Dann glasieren wir das Produkt und schließlich haben wir den zweiten Brennvorgang bei hoher Temperatur (1.250°) im gleichen Ofen.
Die Teekanne ist vollständig verglast, widerstandsfähig und reinigungsfähig und wird Sie über Jahrzehnte begleiten.
